Fictions are stories you create with your personality. Various personalities tell infinite stories. They are fictional but all real stories from the inner point-of-view. We are willing to enjoy with you into fantastic and meaningful adventures of ‘The Wonder of Fictions’.

SioFic is currently developing an original feature animation with its key members coming from years of experience in Hollywood.
In our exploration, we’ve made a short film entitled ‘Alex & Tumbo’ featuring 2 main characters from our feature.
Our animation project will be one of the biggest in South Korea to date. The first teaser trailer is scheduled for late 2020.

Mark Oftedal
Mark Oftedal Director

Mark started his career in animation as an animator at Pixar in 1993 when Pixar made history with Toy Story, the first computer-generated feature film. His experiences span from character animating, on to animation supervising, character design and visual development on A Bug’s Life and Toy Story 2, Monster University, Inside Out among others.

Sukwon Park
Sukwon Park Producer

While working as a layout artist at Pixar, Sukwon participated in such films as Cars, Ratatouille, Wall-E, Up, Toy Story 3, Brave and Cars 2. As the founder of SioFic, he is leading the project developments as well as serving as a producer.

Chansoo Kim
Chansoo Kim Head of Production

Chansoo worked as a character animator at Industrial Light and Magic and Rhythm and Hues for films such as Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, Iron Man 2 and Rango. He also served as a CG Supervisor and VFX Supervisor on various film projects including Train to Busan and Monkey King 2.
